How do I write alphabet letters like they are written on country style arts and crafts?
I have searched my heart out on the internet trying to find a font that matches the letters I’ve seen all over on arts and crafts. Little signs that have the cute, curvy writting with the dots on the ends of the letters. It’s SO hard to explain, but it’s kind of primitive country folk writing. It’s the type of loose lettering you’d see on country style wall hangings with the “primitive” looking dolls, barns, stars, etc. Anyone know where I can find samples of this writing so I can learn to do it myself?
I know exactly what you mean….I use that technique when I scrapbook.
Basically, you just write your regular letter, either all upper or lower case or even both, & make dots at the end of each point. This is all I could find on the net…hope it helps. Be sure to arrow down on the page a bit, look for “dot lettering”.
